NovaTech Studio LLC is a fast-growing marketing studio helping brands stand out online through smart strategy, clean design, and high-performing websites. We build digital experiences that look great and drive results — and we’re growing our dev team.

We’re looking for a Web Developer who enjoys turning designs into polished, high-performing websites. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers to build landing pages, websites, and marketing tools that convert traffic into customers.

What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
• Translate designs into clean, scalable code
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on client and internal projects
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and conversions
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and keep things running smoothly
• Integrate tools like analytics, forms, CRMs, and third-party APIs

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Web Developer (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of responsive design and modern web best practices
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bonus Points
• Agency or marketing-focused experience
• Experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or similar
• SEO, CRO, or performance optimization knowledge
• Basic backend experience (PHP, Node.js, etc.)
