Junior Support Engineer

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Support Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Level 1 technical support, Microsoft 365 administration, and Azure Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). The candidate should also be familiar with virtualization technologies—especially Hyper-V—and demonstrate strong English communication and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Perform Windows Server administration tasks, including user management, permissions, and system maintenance.
• Handle Level 1 IT support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, networking, and cloud systems.
• Hands-on experience with servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
