Director Marketing & Commercial

Areas of Responsibilities 1. Strategic Commercial Leadership: Develop and implement PHF’s marketing and commercial strategy, leveraging a background in aligning large-scale programs with organizational strategies to enhance profitability. 2. Revenue & Sponsorship Growth: Secure high-value sponsorships and partnerships. 3. National Scale Campaigns: Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing expertise in transforming transit and postal media into nationwide platforms. 4. High-Impact Media Relations: Manage media relations and visibility, utilizing experience with high-value clients. 5. Commercial Opportunity: Identify new commercial opportunities, applying a “Founder” mindset to build sustainable ecosystems and tech-based solutions. 6. Brand & Merchandise Oversight: Oversee the creation of branded materials and professional monograms to ensure a consistent and professional organizational image. 7. Financial & Budgetary Coordination: Coordinate with the finance department to manage marketing budgets, ensuring transparency and alignment with social protection or corporate objectives. 8. Performance Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies, utilizing rigorous business performance monitoring and variance analysis skills. 9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key sponsors and government stakeholders through diplomacy and high-impact negotiation experience. 10. Event & Media Production: Manage the production and broadcasting of major events, including live streaming and digital content. 11. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities and media partnerships align with SECP regulations and corporate governance standards. Qualification and Experience: 1. Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Management Sciences (Marketing, Finance) or equivalent from a recognized university. 2. Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of diverse experience, including roles in marketing, commercial strategy, business development, or financial management, preferably in a similar or leadership position 3. Regulatory Knowledge: Deeply experienced with SECP filings, regulatory affairs, and public procurement. 4. Key Competencies: 5. Expert Communicator: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to boards and C-Suites. 6. Financial Oversight: Expert in budgeting, financial modeling, and audit committees. 7. Strategic GRC: Specialist in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Salary and Benefits Package: As per PHFSP-1 package.
