Lead the design and implementation of strategic communication frameworks aligned with national climate priorities Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and traditional media Coordinate with internal departments, partner ministries, media outlets, and development organisations for communication alignment; work on promotion and proper dissemination of the work done by the ministry and its attached departments Supervise and guide content, digital, and creative teams on messaging, outreach, and campaign execution Design and execute campaigns to drive growth and engagement across digital platforms including designing of yearbook of the Ministry. Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for all platforms and campaigns Draft high-quality communication products, including press releases, op-eds, speeches, newsletters, and climate awareness material Oversee communication impact reporting, analytics reviews, and refinement of outreach plans Contribute to climate-focused behaviour change communication strategies and public awareness initiatives Demonstrate expertise in social media engagement, SEO-aligned content, and policy-driven messaging MPhil or higher degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, Development Communication, Political Science, International Relations or Sociology Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, public sector campaigns, or climate policy outreach Excellent writing and editorial skills in English, with working knowledge of Urdu Proven experience in designing and executing integrated communication campaigns Strong command of content management, digital engagement tools, and audience analytics.
