Qualification Minimum Master / 16-year degree in: – Human Resource Management (HRM) – MBA (HR) or LLM – Business Administration (HR / Management) – Public Administration – Management Sciences with minimum 3.5 CGPA or 75% aggregate (in annual system) from HEC accredited University. Essential – Minimum 7-year in BPS-16 or equivalent in public or private sector. – Proficient in MS Office and Official Correspondence and Record Management. – Knowledge of Government Rules, Service Regulations, and Administrative Procedures. – Computer Literate. Job Description Responsible for: – – Assisting in recruitment, selection, and induction processes. – Maintaining personnel records, service files, and HR database. – Processing leave, promotions, transfers, and other HR matters in accordance with rules. – Drafting official correspondence, notifications, office orders, and summaries. – Assisting in implementation of HR policies and administrative procedures. – Coordinating performance evaluation, and employee development activities. – Compliance with organizational rules, regulations, and government policies. – Supervising support staff and assisting senior management in administrative matters. – Performing any other task assigned by the Competent Authority. Preferred – Experience in Multinational Firm or Public Sector. – Persons having B.Sc. degree of engineering from a reputed institution or university in electrical or electronics or telecommunication or computer each registered with Pakistan Engineering Council – Working Experience in HRMS and other relevant software tools.
