Senior Manager

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education. Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC. Experience: 12 years of relevant experience Skills Required: Senior Manager will report to Project Director he/she should have the ability to research best practices and devise policy incentives for the technology park, develop strategic road map. Establish master plans for IT park, vision and mid-long term development strategies and actions plans. Deliver project management services and ensure inclusion of performance metrics in project procurement plan. Monitor project delivery and implement project controls. Excellent communication/presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems in an efficient manner. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment. Well versed with office productivity, MS project, Internet and email applications. Job Descriptions: Design project implementation plan to meet the objectives of project within the defined scope. Identify, define and integrate tasks assigned to project team Directs the priorities, work program, and resource allocation within the project Coordinate the project activities.
